What I've learned so far

1.) What you've learned since you started your senior project?

I have learnede a lot about my topic mostly by my srvice learning. Every time I go I have a new nurse and experience to look at and observe. My service learning has taught me to pay attention to every detail one mistake and it can cost a patients life. Charting is something else I learned its a very long and important part of a nurses day and I was given the oppurtunity to learn how to chart a patients medicine and basic information about the patient.
2.) Post evidence (Picture, video, explaination, etc.)

For example when writing a patients chart you have to record all vital and physical signs. When writing the medacine for example it can just be for advil and you still have to document it. For example you might write patient takes 2 pills every two hours for a week ,oral ,and then you would write the dosage and what medacine so 2 500mg=1000mg ADVIL, and thats how you write medacine for a patient. In the real charts they have abreveations for most medacines so ADVIL might be ADV.
