Interview 4 Questions

  1. What made you go into the nursing field?
  2. What type of nurse are you?
  3. What made you pick that type of nursing career?
  4. What school did you attend?
  5. What type of schooling did you get to go into your field?
  6. Did you get any other training when you started working?
  7. What do you think benefited you most from your schooling?
  8. Is there anything that you wish they covered in your schooling that they didn’t?
  9. Do you have any advice about the school process?
  10. Do you think it takes a certain person to become a nurse?
  11. What do you think a person should have if considering being a nurse?
  12. Was there anything that made you think nursing might not be the field for you?
  13. Would you recommend the nursing field to friends and family?
  14. Would you prefer a shorter shift or do prefer the 12 hour shifts?
  15. Have you worked in any other medical setting besides a hospital?
  16. If yes what do you prefer and why?
  17. Do you believe it’s a good thing to really connect with your patients?
  18. Is it hard to connect with a patient that is from another culture?
  19. How do you personally deal with patients that are from another culture for example if they speak another language?
  20. From your experience in the nursing field would you want to change your career choice if you could?

  2. Not approved. In regards to the new questions you did not post here:

    These questions are not suitable for your 4th interview: 1, 2, 7, 8, 13, 17, 18. Rewrite them.

    Also questions 13 and 11 are the same, 15 and 16 are the same; combine these.
